How to stay motivated

90% of the world would love to be fit and be committed to working out, but unfortunately it is much easier said than done. With these positive words of encouragement, along with tips and tricks, we hope that habit will keep you going!

We all have days where we don't want to get out of bed, but the best thing to do is remember why you started and remind yourself that not only is the workout good for you, it helps boost your energy for most of the day! Now you can kill two birds with one stone by getting your workout in, along with doing those chores you've been putting off for the last week.

When we happen to wake up much earlier than intended or needed, we tend to force ourselves back to sleep, even if we feel awake. The best thing to do even though it seems difficult, is to get up regardless. Forcing yourself back to sleep tends to leave you groggy and often more tired than before!

Once you really start to notice the difference your workouts are making, you will feel ten times more motivated than ever before, you will be nearly unstoppable. But you must remember that you have to start somewhere in order to see improvements!

Having a hard day at work, or a stressful day at home? Working out is one of the best tension relievers. If you're busy and can't make it to the gym, do some sit ups/push ups and throw in a few jumping jacks to help get your heart racing and blood pumping, I guarantee you will feel much better.

Drink a lot of water! I cant stress how important drinking an excessive amount of water is. Not only will you stay hydrated, but you will feel much better and you will notice your energy levels rise. You will feel much more motivated to hop on over to the gym after work if you make water a priority.

Keep these tips and tricks in mind next time you're feeling discouraged and need a pick me up, always remind yourself, IT IS WORTH IT.
